How to Become an SEO Content Articles Writer
If SEO content writing were a natural talent, then there would be no need to hire individual services. If a website holds any chance of succeeding it must contain keyword-rich SEO articles. One only has to look at the number of business sites on the World Wide Web to determine if there is a need for SEO articles writing services.
I have just established the need and the market for a good SEO content writer. Certainly, a learnable skill once you have mastered it can give you a great employment opportunity. To begin your new employment journey you are going to need to learn some basics.
To begin with, you need to learn about what SEO content writing is. There are many areas of an article where you must concentrate. Here is a list of basics that will guide you to becoming a skilled professional SEO content writer.
1. First, you need to be able to get potential article readers to the site. The only way you can achieve this is by getting keyword-rich SEO articles out onto the web.
2. In order to be able to write SEO content writing you need to be able to perform good research. You need to determine all of the possible combinations of words that a person searching for an item would use. You cannot just take for granted that everyone will perform a search in the same way. You must keep an open mind when it comes to searches for products or services. Once you have a series of possible search queries together, you then need to put them in order of importance. Which on your list would be the most favored to search on? Then you would keep going down your list in order of what is important. There are many free services that you can take advantage of on the web to help you determine the best keywords pertinent to your topic.
3. The next thing you need to know is how often or to what ratio you can use keywords in your articles. You cannot blatantly just keep inserting the keywords every line or so of the text. This is âoverkillâ and, most likely, the article will be considered spam by the search engines.
4. You need to develop seo content writing skills. You need to be able to write captivating, pertinent material and be able to integrate the keywords into the articles. Once you have mastered this you will be well on your way to writing Keyword-rich SEO articles. Usually the ratio for keywords is around 1% or a keyword for every hundred words. This can vary somewhat amongst the requirements of the client.
5. To become an SEO content writer on demand, you must have excellent grammatical skills and error free content. Combine this with captivating content and you are well on your way to providing some top quality SEO articles writing services.
You will have many opportunities to offer your services. A well renowned company like SEO Content Lab is always on the lookout for superior SEO content writers. Their standards are high, as the service they provide for their clients is at the top of excellence. This means their writers are and must be top of the line.

Places to become a full time freelance writer?
I currently write a little for Associated Content. I would like to make a go writing freelance articles like this full time. Does anyone know of other sites like Associated Content that pay a little more per article. I don’t mind if it’s on specific topics as long as I know I’ll get paid. Thanks in advance for any ideas and sites.
Spend some time in the library reference section with their copy of Literary Marketplace- the author’s bible. Take a notebook because you can’t check it out. You can buy one if you want but it costs 300 dollars.
Just make sure you check anyone through proper channels first - Absolute Write Water Cooler’s Bewares and Background Checks, Preditors and Editors, Writers Wall, Writers Weekly, Writers Beware, Anne Crispin’s site etc. Some of those sites also publish free lance jobs. Pax- C

Check out Media Bistro (www.mediabistro.com)–it’s a networking site for media professionals and freelancers, including writers.
Often it’s good if you can find a niche for yourself–some topic you’re especially interested in or know a lot about. Then approach magazines about that topic or whose readers might be interested in that topic with article ideas (research their submission guidelines first, of course). Take horses for example–you could write articles for magazines about horses, or horse/riding articles for teen, animal, fitness, or regional magazines, etc.
Being a full time freelance writing requires a lot of time on your part looking for markets, submitting proposals or articles, etc. Especially in the beginning. Once you’ve established yourself as a good writer who always meets deadlines and requires little editing, some markets might start coming to you.
Except possibly for things like advertisement copywriting, there aren’t a lot of single places that could give you a full time level of assignments.
