When you date, what should be your number one priority: your friends or your significant other?
My boyfriend and I began dating last month. He was always with his friends, and it was ok. But lately, that’s all he has time for. He’s always with his friends and then IF he has time, he’s with me.
My question: When you date, shouldn’t you give your significant other equal importance as friends? I understand the whole "bros before hos" deal, but isn’t this crossing the line?.
I know I’m not going to top his friends in a simple relationship, but shouldn’t I be getting at least 1/3 of the time he spends with his friends? So, do I ask him if he wants something serious, or do I just let time tell? I’ve never had this problem. This is the first guy I’ve dated that I couldn’t tell if he was ready for a serious relationship or not.
hes flowing the bro code lol, hes really close to his friends that why.. bros before hoes, as they say it

You really think all you need is equal time? Have a little more respect for yourself. It’s all good if he wants to hang with his guys…but if he is making you a "when I have time" girlfriend he doesn’t care about you.

balancing friends and a relationship is just that! It’s a Balance! Figure out what you want first before asking him about it. If you are looking for something serious and he is not ready to commit, then perhaps you two aren’t a right fit.

You should be able to balance both out evenly so you don’t end up hurting anyone
